Home Repair Rates:

For home repair, home maintenance, or any other miscellaneous handyman requests the cost is calculated using a time and materials system. Below you will find the hourly rates for home repairs and handyman work, or any work perceived to require 8 hours or less of time to complete. Materials will be charged at cost, and repairs that require travel outside of Airdrie will have an associated trip fee.

0 - 60 minute service >> $90/hr

1 - 4 hour service >>>>> $80/hr

4 - 8 hour service >>>>> $70/hr

8+ hours service >>>>>> $60/hr

Trip Fee Out of Airdrie > $0.35/km

NOTE: General contracting or project related work will be estimated in advance and will not fall under the rates outlined above. The rates above are only used when billing for home repairs and maintenance services not larger project work.
