Home Repair Rates:

Below you will find the hourly rates for home repairs and handyman work. For work that is perceived to require 8 hours or less of my time (or one full day) I don’t do estimating, but rather I use the labour rate system below. Materials will always be estimated in advance.

0 - 60 minute service >> $90/hr

1 - 4 hour service >>>>> $80/hr

4 - 8 hour service >>>>> $70/hr

8+ hours service >>>>>> $60/hr

Trip Fee Out of Airdrie > $0.35/km

NOTE: General contracting or project related work will be estimated in advance and will not fall under the rates outlined above. The rates above are only used when billing for home repairs and maintenance services not larger project work.
